"Short term pain, long term benefits"

My aerobics teacher said this quote to the whole class while doing one of our crazy workouts. The quote really stuck to me. While she meant to say the quote for the amount of pain we were going through in our workouts, I took it as a life lesson. Anything that you do in life will be a challenge. Everything that you want in your life will have to be done with hard work, but everything will be a short term sacrifice for a long term accomplishment. this is a great quote to live by and I will definitely keep on telling myself this not only during my workouts, but also in everything else I do.
               Today's outfit was inspired by an outfit I saw on Dany from nanysklozet . I fell in love with these jeans the moment I saw them on her blog! I was even more surprised that they sold them at Target for $22!! I decided to use a black shirt to keep the pants the center of attention, BUT I couldn't stop myself from accessorizing and wearing a bright red lipstick! I really enjoyed wearing this outfit and I love the fit of the leopard jeans! Hope you all like it just as much as I did and let me know what you think!

Hello everyone! This weeks' challenge by Dani , Flor and Ashley was to wear arm candy. I was really excited about doing this challenge because I have seriously fallen in love like a teenage girl with pairing different bracelets together. I think it makes any outfit stand out and it makes it your very own personal and unique staple to wear. I hope you like my arm candy! I haven't really been taking outfit pictures mainly because I've been in a casual funk and have been wearing nothing but sweaters, jeans in boots. Hello everyone! This past weekend my best friend Nancy came to visit me and we seriously had an amazing time together! But then again we always do LOL I really wanted to take pictures of her outfits because she was one of my first inspirations in how to style clothing. Anyway trying to get back from reality after a little getaway was tough but I finally got through the day and decided to wear this outfit to go to lunch with my boyfriend. I've really been addicted to leopard and statement necklaces lately, so of course I had to put them together! I really wanted to add something extra to the outfit so I put on a jean vest.
